um desafio ao planejamento ambiental

Abstract

This text presents the results of the studies realized in the framework of the Guiding Plan for the Use and Ocupation of the ísland named Ilha Comprida, from the comprehension of physical and biological dynamics of the island to the knowledge of the occupation process, which defines the strategies for the execution of the directive having in mind the spatial reorganization for human activities in behalf of the insular environment. So, some considerations are also presented regarding environmental planning of the coastal regions, focusing-the Ilha Comprida case, whose strategic localization represents in terms of projected occupation a very unfavorable prognostic for the ecological balance System of Shallow Estuaries Iguape-Cananéia and Paranaguá.
