Abstract

This paper analyscs and clucidatc criticism appointcd in ncwspapcrs, radio and celevision in Brazil regarding thc fluoridation of watcr supplies. The advantages of the fluoridation are emphasized, stressmg that for the mass prevention of dental caries in Brazil fluoridation is the method of choice.
